Pineapple and Cachaca make for excellent partners in this classic Batida.
2 shots of Cachaca
3 shots of Pineapple Juice
0.5 shots of Lemon Juice
0.25 shots of Sugar Syrup
Build in the glass, add all the ingredients, add lots of crushed ice and churn.
Serve in a Rocks glass and garnish with 2 pineapple leaves.
A Pineapple leaf garnish nestles in the crushed ice of an Abaci Batida cocktail.
Measure 3 shots of Pineapple Juice and add to the glass.
Measure 0.5 shots of Lemon Juice and add to the glass.
Measure 0.25 shots of Sugar Syrup and add to the glass.
Fill up the glass with lots of crushed ice.
Churn the contents of the glass.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with 2 pineapple leaves.
