Caribbean Mule

A fantastic adaptation of the classic Moscow Mule, combining just enough Dark Rum with the lime and ginger flavours to produce a wonderfully rich Cooler. This drink owes much to a number of similar cocktails which mix different varieties and volumes of Rum with Ginger Beer. The most well known of these is the Bermudan cocktail, Dark and Stormy. The Caribbean Mule was created by mix shake and pour.
