0.75 shots of Sugar Syrup
1 Passion Fruit
1 whole quartered Lime
Build in the glass, halve and scoop out the Passion Fruit, add the quartered Lime, muddle with the Cachaca, add all the other ingredients and churn with lots of crushed ice.
Serve in a Rocks glass.

Gently muddle the contents of the glass
Measure 0.75 shots of Sugar Syrup and add to the glass.
Fill up the glass with lots of crushed ice.
Churn the contents of the glass.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
