Cocktails with a Peach flavour

Peach will be forever linked with the classic Champagne cocktail, the Bellini. But its rich flavour is surprisingly very compatible with a host of other ingredients. Bourbon is the perfect example of this, where the earthy flavours of the whisky combine well with the flavoursome tang of peach.
